When you purchase the Ultimate Staffing Plan you are assigned an Account Manager. The AM will talk to you and take care of the Recruitment Phase based on your specific needs.

No matter the size of your business, we will always calculate the best hourly rate for both parties. We are sure that talent is a non-tangible asset to any business and that skilled & expert Pros are invaluable; however, by hiring remotely we can offer better rates without compromising quality thanks to the difference in the cost of living.

As an additional incentive, and a way of thanking our Pros, we save $100.00 USD p/Pro on a monthly basis. We hand out this money twice a year as a Summer Bonus and a Christmas Bonus. The idea behind this is for our Pros to count with extra money to help them get through the Summer or Back to school periods and Christmas. We have a structured business model to do so. Stop worrying about having to create hundreds of payroll stubs and calculating retention & taxes. We have our own Payroll Software that allows us to calculate the worked hours. We'll send you a weekly report to make sure that we are all on the same track.

Thinking about handing out bonuses? Do it! At Collab With Pros we value our Pros' hard work. That is why bonuses or any extra money is transferred in full to the corresponding Pro. We will only keep our flat hourly rate which covers our services.
