About the Role
Lead the developer team of +10 devs.
Design, Organize, Prioritize and Develop features that improve key processes.
Design and develop new projects and products that help solve our client's problems, or take advantage of new business opportunities.
Measure the impact of the developments you will make and present the results.
Investigate and propose strategic development, process, or product changes.
Our clients works in cycles of 2 weeks that follow the Scrum methodology, keeping track of tasks in Jira.
This means that you will develop projects for several weeks, as well as features for a few days.
Work is full-remote
Requirements
Bachelor/Master's degree in engineering, or computer science.
+5 years of experience in backend programming within development teams.
+1 year of experience leading teams.
Knowledge of PHP Laravel and ability to model and query data using relational SQL/BBDD.
Experience in handling large volumes of data.
Experience in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
Spoken and written English
