About the Role
The Remote Recruitment Specialist is the undertaker of all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles in various fields and seniority levels, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience. You’ll be expanding our reach and brand awareness by leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and others to generate and convert inbound and outbound opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively find innovative ways to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and job candidates.
Assist leadership team in filling needed positions.
Connect with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
Conduct reference checks on candidates.
Requirements
Qualifications
Top performer with superb English and Spanish communication skills
Proven track record in high-level recruitment roles. Experience in the Real Estate industry is a great plus
Hungry for achievement, enthusiastic, energetic, internally motivated; always working on personal growth
A positive, no excuses, and a results-oriented mindset
Comfortable with maintaining and exceeding company-designated quotas and KPIs
Proactive in bringing new ideas to the organization when opportunities for improvement present themselves
Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
Effective negotiation skills
